To attract the best available talent in the field and adequately compensate deserving employees. We create a working environment where employees take interest in work, ensure disciplined recruitment criteria, and conduct periodic performance evaluation with reward for deserving team members.
Guards are recruited keeping in mind personality and profile requirements desired by clients. Personnel are selected as well-built, educated, tactful, firm and courageous individuals. Preference is given to Ex-Defence, Ex-Police and Para-Military candidates. Guards are at least 10th pass, above 21 years of age, and physically and mentally fit with Hindi and English reading and writing capability. All profiles undergo mandatory police verification. ISSF also conducts recruitment camps in different regions with due administrative and police permissions.
ISSF prioritizes training at all levels to maintain service quality and client satisfaction. Training is delivered at basic, refresher and specialized levels. New entrants complete basic schedules followed by on-job training before regular duty. Senior staff undergo periodic refresher and role-based programs to ensure operational readiness and service excellence.
ISSF maintains a trained and organized operational network for rapid response and efficient assignment management. Security personnel remain accountable for client-assigned responsibilities on a 24x7 basis, while senior officers supervise round the clock and address complaints promptly. Regular patrolling and periodic checks are conducted. Through a rotation policy, staff transfers are managed approximately every twelve months to maintain professional controls.
To ensure uninterrupted operations, ISSF follows a robust contingency framework: one reliever is maintained for every six static guards; five extra personnel are retained at barracks as a buffer; up to fifty trained staff can be arranged from the training center within three working days for extraordinary situations; guards are prepared for temporary extended duty in emergency absence scenarios; and systematic leave planning is strictly followed for efficient manpower deployment.
